The Cigar Nut

So were always trying to be ‘new and exciting’ here at The Cigar Nut and being the proud members of the CGAR Clan that we are, we are introducing ‘Cigar Smoking Achievement’ section. Yes, I know what your thinking ‘They are ripping this off Xbox and Foursquare’ and you know what, your exactly right! Just imagine it, you can check a scoreboard and see who has completed the current challenges, who has added their own and what others participants current progress is. Jacob and myself have been passing around this idea for a few months and trust me, we still need revisions so if you have ideas or questions please let us know!

We will have an initial page set for Achievements with a few that we have each completed or are working on, as well as varying levels of difficulty. Some more active members of the CGAR clan will stand for each level of difficulty (I’m the newbie so I’ll be the beginner level) all the way up to the level of the machine (We all know who he is, but we’ll boost his ego a little later) so be sure to keep current with new additions!

So – how do you get involved? Well, I will be creating a separate page that will house all current achievements as well as those who are working on or has completed each achievement. In order for each portion to be counted, you must take a picture and e-mail it to me (time/date stamped in the file of course) and I will add the picture as well as update your information. How this setup will look? No clue. How hard is it going to be to manage? Yeah – again no clue but I say lets wing it and see what we can break.

Sorry, but also no ‘Oh I did that already’ or ‘I smoked that last week so count it’ – errr, nope. To make this an even game everyone starts the same, from scratch. Each month the Challenge leader(s) will be sent a random prize and in December we will have a large give away to the winner(s) so there is some incentive to keep up!
