The Cigar Nut

As many of you know, I am a fan of the CRA ( Cigar Rights of America ) and I speak highly of them every chance I get. If you are not familiar with the organization, please look on the far right side of this site and click the black and white CRA logo – it will take you directly to their site. For the regular readers, you know that I do not normally post CRA news but with 2012 looking like a much more restrictive year when it comes to smoking laws with more than a couple states talking about full – state wide smoking bans. I will continue to post information as I hear it but I will keep the juice bits after the click. Would like to hear what you think about the news, please leave a comment and let me know!

CAO La Traviata will introduce the popular “Luminoso” frontmark in a new Maduro version, making its retail debut later this week.

The Cigar Nut

Pretty cut and dry today – still getting into the swing of working during the day and focusing on the website in the evenings, and well.. I’m slacking haha! BUT – I did promise you all a contest about 2 weeks ago, to smoke a special cigar on my wedding anniversary ( October 10th ), take a quick pic and let me know. I’ve included a few of the submissions after the click ( 14 in all, pretty impressed! ). More reviews to come soon!

It is true, I have finally returned home! Hope you all didn’t go too far astray while I was gone. Jen and I had a great time, I think I have officially fallen in love with Summit County in Colorado ( Frisco/Breckenridge area ) – now all I have to do is convince the wife we need to move haha! If you check out my facebook page you will see a bunch of the pictures ( We took over 1100 pictures in 6 days haha ). From Denver to Breckenridge to Silverthorne to Estes Park then back down to Colorado Springs!

So, what the hell does this mean to you? Probably not much haha – other than I am back in business, reviews will be getting posted again soon so don’t freak out. Oh yeah! I start my new job tomorrow so I will finally be a ‘normal’ working person Monday thru Friday 9 -5. This means commute cigar on the way home, evenings with my wife and ‘allocated’ time for my reviews! This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had a ‘normal’ job – excited is an understatement.
